Skill Institutes
Our Skill Institutes are designed to take training to the next level by offering training consistency, a progressive curriculum, a community of like-minded athletes, and a seamless subscription model.
Due to high demand, Amanda will be adding an additional Setting and Attacking Institute on Saturdays in Wheaton, IL

How do I sign up? It's simple! Click one of the buttons below to apply. If you're accepted, we’ll get you subscribed right away. From there, all you need to do is show up! Dates, times, and location are listed below. Need to opt out? Just reach out to let us know.
Applying does not guarantee placement. If your skill level matches an Institute with openings, you'll be placed right away. Each 1 hour group is limited to about 7 athletes per coach.

Tryout Prep Clinics
Tryouts are approaching! Join Amanda for three high-level training clinics designed to help athletes prepare for their upcoming tryouts. Athletes may register for one, two, or all three clinics!
Dates: Tuesdays on June 23rd, June 30th, and July 7th
Skill Level: Intermediate / Advanced - All Positions!
Time: 6-8pm
Location: Vineyard Church of DuPage (Wheaton, IL)
For High School Girls
Cost: $100 for one clinic
