  • The setter is the arguably the most important position on the team.

    Touching the ball the most during every match and running the offense, the responsibility on this position is great.

    Come fine-tune your technical and tactical skills, all while getting tons of disciplined, focused setting repetitions!

    Sessions are lead by our top coaches and are designed to optimize technical and tactical ability, all while increasing the athlete’s Volleyball IQ.

  • Setter Principles

    • Great setters are able to move efficiently from the ‘setter pocket’ to the pass location

    • Great setters are able to set the ball from the same contact point relative to their body every time

    • Great setters are able to set the ball to any location on the court, from any location on the court

    • Great setters are able to square-up to the outside target every set

    • Great setters are able to be an offensive threat when in the front-row
