A small summer training group designed to help high-level high school (and incoming college freshmen) athletes prepare for Nationals and the upcoming high school or college season.

Athletes will train with multiple positions in the gym so we can run more complex drills, work on strategy, challenge ourselves to become more well-rounded players, and compete at a high level. The same small group will train together all summer, allowing us to build chemistry, leadership, confidence, communication, and game IQ in addition to skill development.
