  • My training style is grounded in the principles of hard work, positivity, and an athlete-centered approach. I believe that success is built through dedication and relentless effort, encouraging my athletes to push beyond their limits while maintaining a supportive and motivating environment. By focusing on individual strengths and needs, I tailor my training programs to each athlete, ensuring they feel valued and understood. This holistic approach not only enhances physical performance but also fosters a positive mindset, empowering athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the court. I am here to help you achieve whatever goals you may have for that day!

  • “The few times that [my son] has trained with Noah have been so great. He did really well at nationals (he was moved up to the 13-1's as setter), and he learned everything he knows from Noah … [My son] responds so well to Noah” — Glen Ellyn Parent
